Our Payment Policy
Arthritis Associates expects payment in full following each visit. We accept cash, personal checks, VISA and MasterCard
As a courtesy to you, we prepare and mail your insurance for you following each visit. However, you are responsible for the calendar year deductible, co-pay, and any co-insurance that applies.
To avoid misunderstandings, we ask that you discuss any financial difficulties you might have with our billing personnel in advance of service so special arrangements can be made if necessary.
